Want to make art with Justbadges Badges? See how teachers can add more fun to enrolling students.
As 2 million students began using School Badges to get into their digital learning software, a host of creative ideas came into play using, editing, and making jazz a fun tool in the classroom. From badge crowns to magnetic editors, teachers are full of ideas on how to make badges fun in their classrooms. We hope these examples will inspire a Badge decoration party or a technical support program in your classroom.
Pro Tip: Always keep a square code when you publicly share Badge photos to keep student sign-in safe.
1. Sign in as royalty
Glue Badges got into the colored head, paper-like.
2. Emoji-it
Use avatars or emoji to customize each Badge for each student like Kayla of Bates Elementary School. (Hint: Press play to view the magic of the badge.)
In this way, we have noticed many teachers use bracelets to keep their badges in order. Good idea!
3. Wrap up some entertainment
Tape Badges in each student’s folder as seen in Jessamine County Schools.
. @small badges don’t wear out. (See also this superstar tip from Mrs. Reynolds at NES: touch the badge in the student folder — easy to find and quick to use!)
4. Make it sticky
Use a magnetic wall to hold badges, like Warwick Valley CSD students.
5. Use the Friends app
Pair senior students with small levels of technical training and support.
6. Hang yourself
Keep the badges safe and in the middle of the hanging editor.
Incredible right? What idea will you bring back to your class?
Not only are badges a great way to sign up, but they are also a time-saving tool. In fact, teachers saved 100,000 teaching hours last year at the school when they got out of annoying passwords and logged in with Justbadges Badges.
